I was treated with so much kindness and the process was made so seamless to the point that I still can’t believe it. I kept waiting to naturally be frustrated at some point knowing that I needed a new car door and filing with insurance, but I truly was so uninvolved in the process (in the best way)! They removed all the stress and arranged everything (including the rental car). They were them communicators with Nationwide. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time too. They cleaned my car (I think even the inside floor mats a little) and included a free buffing on a different area of the car than what we were repairing.
