I was very happy to be updated consistently on my vehicle repair status. Had repairs done when they told me they would. Very friendly staff. Repairs done were amazing. My truck was really nice and clean inside and out when I went to pick it up. Very flexible to work with my schedule to drop my vehicle off in the first place and to be able to come pick it up. So thankful for all the work done.

Staff is friendly, kept me updated throughout the process of my vehicle being repaired. They also had my vehicle ready for pick up on the day they told me it would be ready. Repairs were amazing and I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the overall experience I had. My vehicle looks brand new again. My suv was cleaned inside and out and I felt like this was above and beyond. Thank you so much. I will be referring anyone that needs any services to classic collision.

I have had two occasions to visit Classic. Both times, damage (not major, both times still drivable) to my vehicle was not my fault. On both occasions, Emily Cheek treated me with incredible professionalism, care, concern and respect. I was provided information and updates up front, in the middle and at the end of my visits. Every time the information was complete and accurate. Emily at Classic Collision operates with honesty and integrity . She should be a system wide Director, training all the staff. She is the BOMB!!! Nick managed the repair on my most recent visit and I defy anyone to see where he started and finished. The vehicle looks like it did the day it was purchased. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team. Come to Classic, relax, and know you will be happy in the end. I won't ever go anywhere else on the repair bus....as long as Emily is driving!!!!

Excellent work and all the paint matched perfectly. Great communication on what needed to be done and reports on how things were progressing. All work was completed and our vehicle was ready for pick up in a very reasonable timeframe. Will highly recommend to anyone needing body work done.
