Luke and Donny were wonderful to work with. The Camry bumper situation is bad with a very UN-TOYOTA-LIKE misfit. Luke and Donny repeatedly wrestled with this problem until they reached their on satisfaction. I truly hope Toyota can fix their ill fitting front bumper problems. It is embarrassing to have a new Camry with a front bumper that pops out of position.

They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our vehicle repairs. With no bad intentions toward Luke Lucas, he has been a true help and an honest representative for your company. However, the front bumper has not attached correctly since the accident, plus two repair shop visits. While seemingly slight, this type of mis-fitted repair will only worsen. When may I return my car for repairs that are accurate and acceptable?
