The quality of the work was excellent. It was frustrating because Progressive insurance was responsible for full payment because their client was 100% at fault. Because of poor communication, reluctance on Progressive to respond, and maybe lack of aggressive follow up, my vehicle was in the shop nearly 8 weeks for a mild to moderate accident
