I scheduled an appointment on to drop my vehicle off for repairs, expecting timely communication throughout the process. After three days without any updates, I contacted the repair shop to check on the status of my vehicle. At that time, I was informed that my car had been transferred to Alabama for repairs because the local shop was overbooked. This was information that should have been communicated to me when I initially dropped off my vehicle, not after I had to call and ask. During the initial drop-off, I completed a walk-around inspection with the representative. We discussed not only the primary repair but also a few minor touch-up items that I was told would be addressed. Unfortunately, those agreed-upon touch-ups were never completed. To add to my disappointment, my vehicle was returned to me in a dirty condition. After being without my car and experiencing a lack of communication, I expected it to be returned clean and with all discussed repairs completed. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of communication, the failure to complete the agreed-upon touch-up work, and the condition in which my vehicle was returned. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so future customers receive better communication and service.

Everyone was kind and professional. Andrew did a great job at the end when I picked up my car. The car looked great. Andrew took a moment to wipe off some parts he thought needed to look better. We disucssed the repair. I’m pleased. I’m thankful it went to well. And the location being near Enterprise for the car pick up.

The service at Caliber Collision was impeccable! I literally dropped my car off for repairs at 2:00 on Wednesday and I picked it up Friday at 4! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Their work is top notch. And they got everything done so fast!
