First I want to recognize the young lady at the front desk she was absolutely Amazing from start to finish, even the delicious Popcorn and the fresh Coffee that morning and next Ms. Yolanda is super Nice and very knowledgeable about her Job and she too is Absolutely Amazing! 1. Initially the quote was not accurate, they told me the rear lift door was out of order and long lead time, however I called Honda dealership and it’s available to pick up, so I forwarded the information to Caliper. 2. The quality of the repair does not meet their promises. During the first visit, I expressed my concern about the increased gap due to the damages, they said it would be fixed after the repairs but the gap remains uneven and large.
