The vehicle looks great, the maintenance team did an awesome job. The receptionist was very professional. There was a little issue with some rudeness but I wrote it off she could have been having a bad day. Overall I would still give a 5 star

The exterior work was done well. However, while driving home, I noticed several dark greasy smudges on the door panels, the roof fabric, some around the inside door frames. Also, when I went to open the trunk gate, it would not open manually, with the key fob, or the interior latch. I will have to make a separate trip for the shop to correct these issues. Very surprised at Caliber.

My car SAT at Caliber for weeks without getting worked on. I as told they’d extend my car rental beyond the 30 days, so was patient waiting for completion. I was called in the last day by car rental…saying Caliber DID NOT extend the rental. The next day I was told my car was ready. I’m back at Caliber today because there are many issues with the car…and no one is here to help me. I’m sitting in my car AT your collision center…with NO ONE here to explain to me why my car was “rushed” and not completed properly.
