Everyone was amazing and super helpful. They went above and beyond to get my repairs done quickly , my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off, and it was pointed out why my car was making a crazy sound which is unrelated to why it was there . Special thanks to Jody who kept me updated and Robert who did the repairs. Y’all will be my first choice should I need any future repairs.

You guys were phenomenal! Patrick is a superb communicator, and his updates were very important; the appropriate estimation of time, the earlier completion, the coordination and effort it took to order correct parts, do the labor and the painting, everything that was involved! and all was done according to Toyota, insurance, and all repair specifications. Ritchie did a jammed up job on smoothing out a badly misshapen rear quarter panel, for sure! I am so very impressed with the whole thing! We WILL be recommending this location of Caliber Collision to all those we know! Thank you so much for your diligence and excellence and handling the repair of our car!
