The process was easy. The employee that processed my info and the assistant manager were very professional. I was kept up to date, and pleased with my repair. I was disappointed, however, at having to clean presumed wax residue from the repair site.

I was very pleased with my experience. The lady who handled my initial contact was very professional and explained everything. Also, she and the assistant manager kept me up-to-date, and they were very pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with how quickly my vehicle was returned, and it looked awesome. My only disappointment was that I had to clean off what appeared to be very obvious wax residue from the repair area.

Everyone I interacted with was super nice and helpful. I had a lot that needed to be fixed and they stayed right on schedule with the estimated finish date and kept me updated along the way. The repairs look great and you can’t even tell they’re not the original parts. I’m super happy with the work done on my car!!
