Service was professional and great, but the new paint seems a shade off the existing paint, even though the VIN # and camera process were used for a match in this 3 step coating process. Jacob said it could just be a new vs old paint difference (even though the old paint seems "whiter") , but we agreed to monitor the bumper over the next couple months to see if sun exposure and additional age brings the colors closer together, or if some additional work needs to be done to resolve this. USAA is in the loop as well so we are all communicating, so we are good with this path forward.

Myself nor my boss ever got any updates on the vehicle. Only time I got updates was whenever I called. The truck was there for 6 weeks for a minor fender dent. Only reason I knew the car was able to be picked up was because I called. Not a single update was given in six weeks. Communication was atrocious
