So I gave you an 8 instead of a 10. Everything with the repair was fine. The job was well done and it looked good. The reason you got an eight is because several days later my son drove the car to church and then went with his friends to eat. When he got back in the car it clicked and lost power. This was in the evening so I was able to go help him. The car obviously had no power and I pretty quickly noticed that the ground cable for the battery had not been retightened properly. It was very loose. I'm sure when they were working on the headlights they removed the ground cable and then forgot to tighten it back up properly. Just something you may want to check on next time. It wasn't a major issue but it is a quality control thing and I just wanted you to know.

They kept in touch with me thru the process of repairing my car. Everyone I have talked to and met was very friendly, answered all my questions, eased my concerns and very polite. Overall, satisfied. A “10” would’ve been given, had I not had to go back regarding a damaged rim then had to take vehicle myself to Fausak and wait for damaged rim to be repaired.

I need to trust that the shop I use will do a good job the first time, not just if I catch an imperfection. I would not be able to trust this shop again.

The paint job was sub-par. Not communicating to me about the different style of bumper that would be installed was also not good. I was unpleasantly surprised when I showed up to a totally different bumper that caused me to lose some the functionality and aesthetic appeal of my car.
