Customer service was professional and friendly. What was frustrating was the receipt of continuous text messages indicating a date when the car would be ready only to receive another text indicating a different date. After several such text messages, I simply ignored them.

Multiple problems w quality of work. Some caught on delivery. Many more found afterwords due to trying to resolve noticed issues that kept me waiting after pickup time. No QC at all !
