My accident was on Saturday & I called right away. Was told by Rep that I could get priority service if I took the car to this location . My appointment for drop off wasn’t until Wednesday at 8am. Took three days before I was given an approximate time of work completion. The text update they sent told me NOTHING about what stage the car was in. Ben did call me on Monday of the following week to say they were waiting on parts and hope to get them by next day and have car ready by Thursday. After this phone call I heard nothing unless I called. Again the text updates gave no valued information. My car was due to be ready by Aug 27 per text but was not ready until Wednesday Aug 28. Took over two weeks to get my car back way too long. I was frustrated at always having to call them. I was not satisfied with GEICO OR CLASSIC COLLISION during this process. The work on the car looks good but the length of time and lack of updates was unacceptable!

Classic Collision is ahead of the game when it comes to customer service. The repairs to my Mercedes was very extensive and in the shop for around 30 days. Todd stayed in touch with me through the process and did a great job keeping me informed. He personally went over the final estimate and repairs when I can to pick up the vehicle. No way possible this experience could have gone any better. Classic definitely raised the bar when it comes to customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The customer service was outstanding, & they were always very professional. I was always kept up to date on everything that was going on. My vehicle was completed in a very timely manner and looks amazing! We will definitely use Classic Collision for any further work needed! They truly stand out from the rest and are the best!
