In the beginning of the process, I couldn’t get any one on the phone to get everything going for about 3 days. I had to drive to CC in order to get everything processed. No one called to inform me my vehicle was ready for pickup I had to call CC minutes before closing & the receptionist informed me she forgot to call me to let me know my vehicle was ready. But overall everyone was friendly and Todd helped a great deal.
