Besides the lack of communication, my bill miraculously jumped from 2400 to repair to 3500 when I arrived, with the only explanation “more stuff was broken” if I had seen an estimate or something maybe I’d know what was broken more than the previous estimate. Also when I asked for MY original parts, they could NOT produce them or even show me what they taken off the car or why it was replaced or damaged. Those parts belonged to me as I own the car. I am extremely unhappy about this.
