On CEI’s end, your folks were easy to deal with and the process was quick and efficient. The results were the job got done well and went surprisingly fast. The rental car situation with Hertz, however, was a pain in the butt. You should consider using Enterprise or another vendor when sending your customers to Classic Collision, due to Hertz’s incompetence.
