I was asked to sign a release form, which was based off of me being the owner of the vehicle and I am not the owner of the vehicle. There should be a different form used when a authorized driver on a fleet vehicle drops off a vehicle or it should be getting whatever form you need signed by an authorized party from the fleet company, which was Element, not by an authorized driver. This is not good business practice for you or good for you to ask people to do this. It’s not appropriate.

My experience was great and welcoming. The whole team was nice. One person in particular was amazing, and that is Brian. He Updated me on steps of repairs couple times a week, made me feel included. Based on these updates, I was able to rent a vehicle for the days I needed it.
