While the shop in Bloomington was 10/10. I had taken my car to the shop in Richfield first, and that experience was terrible. My appointment was canceled 3 times without my knowledge and the last time (after I called them), they just told me they couldn’t work on my car and I should go to a different shop. Once I went to the shop in Bloomington I had no issues whatsoever. I have no idea what was going on with the Richfield location.
