My Experience

I will definitely come back to this place again if I ever need work done like this. I love the fact that I was constantly given messages about the status of my car. I like the fact that you do it directly with Enterprise so that they come and pick me up and then I can leave the car there. Oh, and the work was spectacularly done.

Car overheated in adequate insufficient radiator coolant put in zero windshield wiper fluid put in clips screws missing cupholder not even ordered so many unacceptable repairs done incomplete

John provided exceptional service from the first time we entered until the truck repairs were finished and we picked it up. The repair work was outstanding, due to his knowledge and caring to do great work. His communication exceeded our expectations. The lady who helped us with the administrative process was also excellent. There was also a young employee who worked on the vehicles who greeted us and gave us more advice about vehicles. I have used Classic Collision before and had great service with these same people. You are lucky to have them work for your company.
