they told me my car was ready when I got there. The back hatch would not close, when I approach the secretary about it she said no she’s just saw it. She doesn’t believe me, I brought her out of the car where she sold the hatch would not close. There was never an apology made to me by anybody in the company when I came back to pick up the car she would not go out to see if the car is right and she wouldn’t go out to check the rental car as I was told by the rental company she would do. She refused, saying that she no longer needs to again. Nobody apologized to me at any point.
