I'm in disbelief how it looks. The repair work was amazing, but Bobby and Karin were outstanding to work with. They were professional and courteous and communicated along every step. On top of that, my car was so clean it was unbelievable. I would recommend Classic Collision strongly to anyone in need of a body shop.

I have never received such great service, communication, and friendliness from a body shop. I hope I don't have to, but I would use them again in a heartbeat. Both Karen and Bobby were a pleasure to deal with. And, they stuck to their schedule and had the car back to me on time! The top it all off, they cleaned my car and washed my floor mats.

The rear bumper is a 9/10. The front bumper is a 4/10, because the paint does not match.

You guys were great!! I was so happy with the work. The only thing was on the way home there was some sort of component hanging down from under where the steering wheel is. We just tucked it back up there and hopefully it’ll stay put. But all in all, you guys were awesome:

Poor paint finishing work for the repair. In addition, their worker put a new scratch on the car door and tried to hide it with paint touch up without properly repairing the scratch. The shop manager denied the scratch and paint touch up was done in the shop instead of admitting they did it
