I was very worried at the beginning of this repair since this was a new 2025 car and I have worked with other shops and had a hard time getting answers. The best experience I’ve had hands down while getting a car repaired! Bobby + Karen were kind , compassionate and professional which are all important when dealing with an auto accident. This is the only shop I’ve worked with that has a system of effective communication . I will be telling everyone about Classic Collision! They did great a job on my repairs!

I am so happy with what has happened to my suburban. The pain is beautiful. It’s incredible to look at it compared to what it was before they fix my suburban I’ve only driven a little while, but it seems fine. I wish I had pictures to show you how bad it was and how beautiful it became.

I loved how they took care of me. I loved Karen at the front desk. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they called me and told me what was going on with my suburban which I appreciated. I also wanna say that I had only driven my suburban for two days before the accident And I felt terrible giving them my suburban. I picked it up and it’s beautiful absolutely beautiful and the customer service was wonderful in every way it could be measured. I am very proud of the work that they did and I would recommend them to anybody at any time.
