Bobby was an excellent technician. He had awesome communication and made me feel comfortable about the time it took to repair my car. What an asset Bobby is to your company. Equally Karen in the office was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my car even though it was time to close. What a staff! Between insurance company delays and manpower issues at Classic Collision this repair took far too long. Fortunately I was able to not have my daily driver, because of a rental and friends. The rental was taken away 2 weeks ago, because insurance would not pay for it anymore. Fortunately I finally picked up my vehicle today and the final product appears to be flawless, but again should not have taken 2 1/2 months.

Body work was done perfectly. The only was getting the headlights installed and alignment. After returning for lights to be aligned, there are still to low, I will take to a repair shop for correct alignment.
