It took almost two weeks to simply replace the door on my truck. I was told three different times that my repair would be finished on a certain day only to then have the completion date moved back. It should not have taken so long for this minor repair as the wrong part was initially ordered and then staffing issues delayed the repair significantly leaving my family with only one vehicle for nearly two weeks. That was a tremendous inconvenience. While the completed work appears to be of good quality, the time it took to complete was totally unacceptable.

Classic not only did a great job on the work, they also kept me informed the entire time my car was being fixed. I have had body work done previously, and Classic by far and away provided the most up to date, and timely, information about status.

The repair itself was great. I got the rental there and could pick it up itself. The receptionist was also a very down to earth and sweet lady. The only issue I had is that there was a large crack in my tail light assembly that either went unnoticed or happened
