you did a great job on the repair itself. Car looks great. However, when I asked if you would look at the wiper on the right not working you told me it would be a $1400 part. It needed 2 turns of a wrench to tighten the bolt. You replaced a reservoir for the wiper fluid, didn't replace the fluid? passenger headlight, i get the wire is broken, but that is supposed to slide out easily and now it is almost impossible to get out without using a lever which has never been required before. I can't imagine that this was not impacted by the accident to have such a significant difference in functioning, but the lights primarily work. I would definitely use you again, but details matter.

Hard to say I’m realistic they won’t lolly gag people’s work they’re paying for but I don’t all the way know If I would through a claim. Outside of it yes.

My vehicle is not the same as it was prior to this accident. There’s still major shaking in my front in that was not going on prior to this incident and they did repairs but I feel like they patched it together because the items receipt given they just tightened areas up. I’ve been contacting and emailing and have not been getting a responses.
