Hi, This is . I’m following up regarding my blue Volkswagen Passat that I picked up after the passenger-side repair on 7/14. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed additional damage to the rear bumper side moldings. I discussed this on site with the technician, named Frida. I understand that the left rear side may be difficult to address because there was pre-existing damage in that area, and I accepted that explanation. However, we discussed that the right rear bumper side molding was newly damaged, and I was told that Frida would order the replacement part and contact me once it arrived so the repair could be completed. I sent a follow-up message asking how I would be contacted for scheduling once the part arrives, but I have not received a response yet. Could you please confirm whether the right rear bumper side molding part has been ordered, and let me know the expected timeline and how I should schedule the repair once the part is available? Thank you.

Working with Amanda made this experience much better than it already was! I was so appreciative of receiving regular updates regarding the completion of my repairs. Once I actually got my car back, Amanda was very thorough with the inspection of the repairs. She answered all of my questions and made me feel valued as a customer.
