Lack of responsiveness. Work was promised in 5 business days but got done in 8. After the initial call that the car has been towed and arrived at the shop, my contact person never reached out until the very end. It was me who has to call his office, cell and email him I order to know the status of the repair. Very unprofessional. In additional when I mentioned that the job was not done 100% to my satisfaction, I was given pushback. In the end I decide to have the job completed at the Lexus dealership.
