Car is fixed and looks nice. Only issue I’m having is the talk back feature from Honda. One the car unlocks, car beeps and flashes lights. It’s suppose to do the same, when locking but it’s not doing that. That would be my only concern

Although the repair took longer than I would have liked, i understand and appreciated the need to get the cirrect pieces shipped and the way Classic Collision kept me updated every step of the way. They gave me an estimated date of delivery and did everything possible to get my car back to me on that date despite shipping delays. In addition, all of the office staff were super nice, inviting and informative during what was otherwise a very stressful time. I would for sure use Classic Collision again

Initially, at the service desk we were waiting for a service rep and not notified that it would be awhile since it was lunch time. We didn't have an appointment. We inquired and that's how we found out we'd have to wait so we came back in 30 minutes. However, our subsequent trip we were greeted and everything went smoothly.
