The repair quality was fine I noticed that there was a week delay due to a failure to notice a piece needing replacing upon initial inspection.

Iwas very disappointed upon picking my car up to see that work had not even be done to it. It back bumper was still off track and the absent assured me that they team had removed it and inspected it then painted it. A blind eye could see the back bumper off track with the clips broken which keeps it from staying flush again the carriage of the car. The job was sloppy and the agent was defensive when I showed how the car looked before accident and soon after to now and NO CHANGE from the accident. If I had the choice I would have taken my car elsewhere. I had to leave without my car, refusing to pick it up.
