I had a great experience from start to finish! Kelly was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When I first scheduled my appointment, I also needed to get a rental car. I had some trouble with the first rental company, so I called Kelly, and she recommended a better option that worked out perfectly. When I dropped my car off, Kelly took the time to walk through everything with me and explain the repairs that would be completed. I was originally told the repairs would take about 13 days, but my car was finished in just one week. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Kelly truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that I would be completely happy with my car. Her communication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience stress-free. I also want to give a huge thank you to Travis, who repaired my car—it looks amazing! I highly recommend this team to anyone needing auto repairs.

Y'all were great with communication, love the text updates! Really loved the cleaning job outside and inside the car too! I appreciated the partnership with Enterprise so that I didn't have to orchestrate transportation and was able to drop off the rental at your shop when my car was ready for pickup. It was smooth and easy! Thank you for making a normally stressful process stress free!!

I can’t say enough good things about [Classic Collision ]. After my recent wreck I was stressed about the repair process, but from day one they made it easy. The work is flawless — my car looks brand new, you would never know it was in an accident. They went the extra mile and detailed it so it came back cleaned and shining. What really stood out was the communication. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained what was happening, and were upfront about what we were waiting on, especially when there was a hold-up with my insurance company. I never felt left in the dark. This is actually the second time they’ve worked on my car, and once again they exceeded expectations. Professional, honest, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. I hope I don’t need body work again anytime soon, but if I do, Theybwill always be my first and only call. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was very professional and kind. The whole place was very clean. They ordered my rental as soon as I arrived. Car was fixed fast. Very well done service and car completely cleaned in and out. I got my car and left the rental car for them to call the company. I did appreciate the whole process! Excellent service !!
