While I’m extremely satisfied with the end result of my car I can not help but think that way more was done to it than needed to be. I feel that my insurance company was taken advantage of and up charged for the extra services, parts and labor. Amazingly, my insurance paid for everything so all is well. Maybe I don’t fully understand the body shop business and I’m just jealous that I chose the wrong career! IDK. At this point I can only pray my premiums will not increase for this claim. I will add that the employees I encountered were all very pleasant. Please, no need to contact me I’m just giving my honest feedback.
