Caroline was the absolute best she was professional and at the same time very personable. I don’t remember all of the staff’s names but everyone who I had contact with was great. Your customer service exceeded my expectations. And to top off the great service, my vehicle was vacuumed and washed when I picked it up today. The Commerce Team went above and beyond my expectations. Job well done.

He should have fixed whatever he said wrong what it was to the wreck or not you would have been paid for it that's the main thing and we also discussed that Steve

Because I asked Mr Steve to fix something he said what due to the red but the light didn't come on until I had to read when you fix it on somebody's card it should be fixed regardless the insurance going to pay I talked this over to Mr Steve and I'm very dissatisfied.
