We were impressed with the staff in Gainesville,GA. John and Stephanie were very helpful, kind, and professional. Our car was finished ahead of schedule and washed. There was another young man at the counter who was very helpful as well. The whole process of having the car fixed and paying the claim to the collision center went well.

I have been a lifelong resident of Janesville and some of the old body shops that everyone used to rely on or no longer in business. This was the first time I've ever had to have a car repaired for body damage. I truly did not know who to go to. Now I know who to tell all my friends to use when they have car damage.

Classic collision was not the lowest quote that I had, but I was very impressed with the friendliness of John and his willingness to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease about the repair. I was also impressed with the consistent follow ups from "V". Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. The car looks so good my wife almost just took it as a new car. And it looked like they had cleaned the inside as well, wiping down the dash and seat, seats and vacuum the floor.

From the moment I dropped my car off unitl the day that I picked it up was excellent. I have never had work done before with an auto body shop and this was the best place I could have sent my car to be fixed. The customer service was outstanding and I never went a day without an update from them. My car was clean and looked brand new when they finished the work.
