Customer service should reflect the customer understanding. When someone tells an old woman her motor is throwing codes everywhere, the old lady has a vision of parts shooting off her motor. What does a code mean to an old woman ? It’s an item flying off and now she has no moter. You’re not talking to another dude or mechanic. Plus the repair person should be updated on the status of the terms with the deductible before they speak to said old woman. Signed the old woman.

My traverse looks great and couldn't have asked for a better experience . I also loved getting the up to date text letting me know what was going on. The lady at the front desk was nice and was able to get a rental to me and from me which was very helpful to me . Thank you for a smooth process with the repair on my car from an unfortunate incident. I would recommend them to anyone .
