The customer service was outstanding. They took their time and answered all of my questions and in explaining the process. It only took 6 days to get my car back and 2 of those days were due to the weekend which saved a fortune in rental car fees! My car looks great! They even vacuumed my car and wiped down the inside! Who does that? Much respect for every one at Classic Collision! If I ever need anything else I will definitely go back there and will recommend them to everyone I know.

This is the only shop out of 5 shops that a technician actually went outside to take a look at my car! The rest of the body shop i went to, they want an appointment first before even taking a glimpse of the wreck. Without second thoughts I chose this branch of Classic Collision because they value their customers and actually stood up from their desk and went outside to see my car. This was even the 5th and last shop I went to, they did not disappoint! The Classic Collision in Athens Ga did not seem interested to even answer couple questions for me as they need an appointment . Nevertheless, Very very great customer service with Commerce Classic Collision esp to Mr Stephen. Made me feel a valued customer on day 1
