this was one of the worst experiences i have had with a body shop, and with customer service. I correctly documented with my insurance previously existing damage, but the body shop ordered parts to repair this preexisting damage and then the general manager tried to accuse me of committing insurance fraud. Once proven with documentation and the insurance company that I did not claim previous existing damage the body shop still made me pay out of pocket for parts and repairs I did not want completed.
