Everyone was great, very welcoming and respectful. Only issue was my car phone charger for my work phone is missing. I purposely tucked it in my console and closed before dropping my car off and it is gone.

On day one Mr Aguirre offered to come to my house and take me to the towing shop to have my car to his shop for repairs.He also set up my reservation for a rental car. We were supplied with frequent updates on the repairs. When the repairs were completed and time for me to pick up my car on a weekend when the shop is closed they made special arrangements to come in and pick up my vehicle. I sent a message on or about 13 October with my input. I said that they went out of their way giving me timely updates on the status of the repairs. They picked me up at my home and took me to the towing company so i could get the car released to them earlier than expected. They also helped getting a rental vehicle. When the repairs were done earlier than expected, I was told someone would meet me at the office on a Saturday even though they were closed, so that I could pick up my vehicle and save on my vehicle rental contract. I highly recommend Classic Collision.
