Wr appreciated the communication and keeping us informed about the stages of our repair. Notifying us thru text , emails and phone calls. When there was a delay in getting a part delivered, Auggie called to notified us immediately.

I told my family and friends that if they have three or more months to spare before they can get their vehicle back then it would be fine. I think that the amount of time that it took for them to fix my vehicle was unacceptable.

It took 3 months to repair my vehicle. I was promised my vehicle back on several occasions But still Wouldn’t be fixed and I’d still have to wait another week. That I get promised my vehicle again and it still would be another two weeks it took a very long time for them to fix my vehicle.

The front desk receptionist was not helpful at all. She had a bad attitude and didn’t want to deal with customers. My sales person Augie was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as he possibly could. But it still took a very long time for them to fix my vehicle.

Will never come to this shop again. The work was not completed properly, the fender liner came off while driving. It was not bolted properly. Auggie has been continuously making excuses and lying about State Farm being okay with the work.
