I am 100% satisfied with the the repair work that was done. My truck looks fantastic. My only complaint is the job took quite a bit longer to do than what was expected. The high quality of work performed is the most important thing, though!

While Auggie (and driver Victor) are friendly and have great customer service, I had to call for the status of my vehicle the day it was scheduled to be ready and the next day when they had to keep it for another part. Then it had to be kept over the weekend but was ready Monday & Auggie did call me. However, 1 (wiper reservoir) of the 2 non-cosmetic repairs needed (windshield fluid reservoir broken & left front turn signal not working) was not replaced. I added some fluid Tues a.m. and it immediately gushed out beneath the vehicle. I called Auggie & he said he'd order the part. Now I have to be without my vehicle hopefully for only a day but it's still inconvenient when I'd advised state farm & him of the issues initially. I should have read the repair workorder more closely before signing, perhaps I would have caught it.
