The work they performed was very well done, but the vehicle came back with new damage which was not present when it was dropped off. The rear bumper had significant scratches which look like the vehicle was backed into something and there are paint gouges on the driver's side rear panel which were not from the original accident.

There were multiple delays which were not communicated and those resulted in me driving several hours preparing to pick up the vehicle only to find out that it would not be ready after all.

Joe Arce at the Corpus Christi location was extremely helpful!!! He kept me updated constantly about the progress with my truck repairs and helped me and my husband get updates on my husband’s truck that was at Houston location!! Although we were extremely disappointed with Houston location and their lack of communication Joe Arce made up for that with his continued assistance after my truck was completed.

I was initially concerned as the repair completion timeline changed from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. I was put at ease when I sat down with Joe and Chris as they explained the amount of work that goes into the PDR process as well as assembly time. They offered to waive my deductible which helped me cover the cost for my car rental. It was greatly appreciated. Joe kept me informed throughout the process, which made me feel like my truck was being prioritized. Overall, I had a great experience and will refer my friends and co workers to Classic Collision.
