After being involved in an accident a few weeks ago, I was understandably stressed about the entire repair process. From the moment I dropped off my car until the day I picked it up (2 days only by the way), everyone at this body shop was professional, kind, and incredibly organized. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made everything as seamless as possible. The quality of the repair is excellent, and my car looks like nothing ever happened. Exceptional customer service has become increasingly rare, which made this experience stand out even more. I didn't receive any communication from the repair shop until I called them on June 30th. Then I received a call back on June 30th at 5pm saying I could get my car by 7pm that day. My phone number and email information was left with the repair shop when I dropped my car on June 15th
