They were super busy. Sometimes slow to communicate with updates due to that. When are work sending updates at 8:00 PM you know they are doing all they can. But the actual work service is always top notch.

The work is always high quality. Not shops fault parts had a shipping delay. Only a minor complaint - the shade of silver on repaint of bumper is slightly brighter then factory silver. Even if paint is configured the same as Mfg. paint, just components of paint from different sources can cause slight variations. The original paint is 9 years old, which could also be a factor.

Shop did keep me updated, usually a night via email/text. If updates are sent at 8:00 pm, someone is having to work way too many hours a day! That just leads to burnout.

I can't drive my truck. What more do I need to say. Right now it's parked outside with the batteries disconnected.

There is two part to repair, and I thought I would have my truck repaired back to what it was prior to the accident. I can't even drive my truck. I have to take it to get additional repairs done that the insurance company may not pay for.

They took their time to discuss the repairs needed and up front about the cost. Drop off and pick up was a pleasant experience which is saying a lot because it's an expensive venture you wish you didn't need... My car was in pristine condition, including white glove detailing. Keep in mind, I have a shedder of a dog. lol. Definitely recommend even as I hope we never need to go there again. ;)
