Where repairs are concerns they were good the problem came with the over spray . Over cover windshield, side fender and part of the roof. I had to come three time to have it done right . The management did a the courtesy to apologize! VERY POOR!

Communication was very poor which was very disappointing. When I have used other Body shops for these types of repairs they keep in communication with me through the whole process and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle when the repairs were complete they pulled my car up front and walked me out to do a walk around for me to be able to assess the work that was done. That did not happen with your organization. They took my payment and said you're good to go. Didn't tell me where my car was parked until I specifically asked as it was hidden behind other vehicles so I did not see it when I arrived.
