I was constantly informed on progress, and the schedule was met. I would have liked to be without my car for less than 16 days, but I guess that was not possible given the damage. I did like being able to start the repair process within two days of the accident.

I came home with a white scratch on the bottom of my driver side rear bumper that wasnt there when I dropped it off. Other than that the repair was done very quick and efficiently and looks good.
