Rachel Posey here. The front license plate holder/ plate itself was lost in the accident. Before repairs started, I emphasized to my contact at CCollision that it needed to be replaced. When I picked my car up, there was no front license plate holder attached to the front bumper. So the repairs are not fully complete after 3 weeks in CCollision. Disappointing.
