I honestly would never recommend a to anyone the communication here wasn’t good, and the quality of work I was still not satisfied after coming around the second time after telling them what my concerns were with my vehicle repairs, to where the job was not completed, and they ended up threatening me with storage fees even though the job was not complete

I wasn’t satisfied with the repairs on my vehicle the team at Classic Collision stated that they were going to replace the entire front end of my vehicle, and when they told me it was ready to get picked up that they did everything they stated on paper but ended up being false, to where I ended up not accepting the vehicle for pick up and I would have to take it a step forward and get the insurance further involved into my claim with my vehicle due to the fact that they’re falsifying what they are replacing and repairing on the vehicles

The manager that handled our repair, Greg, was very courteous and kept us informed, almost daily, regarding the progress on the repairs to our. He gave us a date that he targeted for completion of all repairs and all repairs were completed 6 days prior to the estimated target date. Our thanks go to Greg and his crew for doing a great job on replacing all damaged parts and making our car look like new again!
