My vehicle needed a new rear bumper. A bumper was placed on the truck covering the exhaust pipe. How dangerous was this to my son’s health?!?! Please explain how any competent person could do this and clearly there are no quality control checks conducted on vehicles. Definitely unsafe conditions.
