I never received any updates outside of my own calls. I worked with Erica, and while she seemed very knowledgeable, she said she made notes in my file, which 1) i did not receive until repairs were complete, and 2) did not actually have any notes on it. Whenever I called, Erica seemed very annoyed. I otherwise would have no idea when my car would be ready for a fairly simple repair. There were understandable delays in receiving the part intact, and I was patient with that, but any inquires were met with a dismissive attitude.

Great service. The staff did a great job of communicating throughout the process and updated me accordingly. There weren't any delays, which was appreciated. Also, the shop even detailed my car. Would definitely recommend Classic Collision to anyone looking for a body shop.

I brought my car after a non fault accident in and was met with warmth and kindness by Erica. Original damage was for the front bumper but after I received my car back I noticed not only did the fix the front bumper but they buffed out a few dings and scratches as a bonus plus replaced the dangling headlight from the damage. They communicated every step of the way, and kept their promise as to the day they would have the car ready.
