Brakes Grind & Wobble when barely pressed .Shifting under the car as far as framework goes, my glove compartment is still detached from the car itself, radio system is still malfunction, everything stated accrued right after my head on collision from being Hit By a Speeding person.

While the communication was thorough the repair was not. I went to pick up the vehicle and there was a run in the paint about a quarter of an inch wide and 2 inches long. The manager said he inspected the vehicle but had not seen it but im not sure how that could be true. I spotted it no more than 10 seconds after walking up to the vehicle. Then they "attempted" to fix it again. Now the paint has a rough crease in it. I dont have time to deal with them repeatedly failing to fix their mistakes.

The work was beautifully done. The communication during the process superb. Kudos to both Alexis and Erica for making me feel like my repair was the most important car in the shop.
