*Written by Lori McDermott because it's My car ;) The entire experience, from initial visit and discussion to the day I picked my car up, was as good as having to have your car repaired can get! And when the hatch door replacement and painting, and including the programming of electrically operated buttons and latches, sensors and viewer, that part of my car looks Brand New! (better than the day I bought it!) I would recommend Classic Collision to anybody looking to have body damage to their vehicle erased.

Due to the length of time it took them to even look at our vehicle and the amount of time it took to get our vehicle back, I would encourage friends and family to look around before sending here.

The repairs look fine, but the length of time that it took to get my vehicle back was excessive. Lack of transparency was also not great.

We only heard about the status of our vehicle when an employee would come into my work. We (my wife and I) would have to call to check up on the vehicle, and we weren't properly notified that our vehicle was sent to the Toyota dealership to continue the repairs.

I only have an issue with the wrong mirror being used but do not blame Classic or it's employees. Also the tech embarrassingly saying he was done when there was still a piece needing installed that was discovered on release of vehicle.it
