We've used Fairbanks Collision a few times now with different claims, and this most recent visit was fantastic. Unfortunately we had to be scheduled about 7 weeks out, but once our vehicle went in it was very fast, communication was great, and couldn't ask for better service. We had a part that didn't quite match and instead of slapping it on and calling it good, FC made the call to order a new part and repaint it. Appreciate everything guys!

The only negative thing about getting my car repaired was how long it took to get the parts and repair finished. It took about three months but I understand that good quality sometimes takes time. Thank you!

Great service. Truck looks brand new. Just wish that as the project got pushed to about 2 weeks longer than expected that id get a heads up. I would get text notifications only after I called lol. Great work though!
